Inside BON: BON Goes Digital

Bringing BON to Life Online And the New Chapter Ahead

Hey BON Fam,

In Q4 of last year, we poured our energy into market research, manuscript writing and building the foundation of the BON brand. Q1 2025 has been all about bringing BON to life. We wanted to craft an experience, a place where people could come to feel seen. Where they could feel supported and empowered in their burnout recovery or in preventing burnout.

Here’s what happened in Q1 2025.

BON Joins Social Media

We took BON to IG and LinkedIn. It was time to start conversations, to share insights and to build a community that could support each other in real time.

  • On Instagram, we focused on bite-sized burnout education, self-care reminders and real-life stories.

  • On LinkedIn, we leaned into workplace burnout—helping professionals and companies recognize the warning signs and rethink their approach to work-life balance.

We knew that burnout thrives in silence. So we made couldn’t be quiet about it.

The First Steps in BON Consulting

As we move into Q2, we started asking: How can BON make a bigger impact? The answer? Workplace burnout.

So we started talking to HR managers and leaders to find out where the biggest areas of stress come from at your organizations. We learned that for 98% of HR professionals, burnout is very real! And it doesn't always have to do with heavy workloads. Often, it stems from being caught between conflicting leadership demands and employee expectations, with no clear support system of your own.

HR needs a structured approach to helping companies recognize and prevent burnout but who’s taking care of HR? That became the title for our first e-Book which you can download below. “Who’s Taking Care of HR?” introduces the SHIFT framework to help HR reclaim their energy and influence without burning out.
